Keep in mind that some of those characters may just not be appearing. Unless Daiyousei gets some major promotion through the character ranks, she might not appear, as Koakuma seems to have just gotten an appearance because people kept demanding to know where she was this whole time.
Lily White and Medicine are fairly thin characters as well. Especially since nobody really liked Medicine, and she got called an "Alice knock-off", and then Parsee came along and became a much better-recieved "Alice knock-off".
Hina is also a fairly under-represented character, but may possibly have better luck.
I'd expect Rumia won't get much more than a cameo in the background of Keine's school. The roles she normally plays will probably be taken over by Cirno, Suika, and Flandre, unless their gang gets bigger or something.
The Prismrivers also have so little individual characterization (Merupo aside) that you're likely only going to see them as a group in the background.
Everyone else from Tenshi on down, I presume, would eventually be coming in their own strips (except for Kisume, who generally suffers the same problem as most of the other low-level midbosses like Daiyousei)...
The UFO cast might all appear together if they get a series of strips when they unveil their "new shrine" that sends Reimu into a ballistic fury when she gets even less faith and donations.
I'd expect the three mischievous fairies to at some point out-mischief Flandre.
Really don't see the resemblance for being able to call Parsee an Alice "knock-off". All they even share are same hair color. Medi I can understand...kind of with the doll appeal kinda look but not Parsee.

It's generally the "jealousy" thing. The same negative fladerization that puts Alice into Yandere territory can easily turn the jealousy thing of Parsee to the same place.

So...fanbase thing, gotcha. Now it just sounds trivial when ya consider Alice has been warped severely by the fandom to "match Parsee in a way". Ah well, I always have kinda imagined nowadays a little Parsee imp sitting on Alice's shoulders feeding her the dark vibes.
