Though this isn't Nanaya Shiki... in MBAA one of Tohno Shiki's portraits is like this. You can tell if it's Nanaya if he has his signature smug look on his face, and his eyes are more narrow.
Bloodletter said: Shiki: "Your death... I can see it." Reimoo: "LOL, Noob! Nobody dies in Gensokyo! Not as long as we keep the anthropromorphic personification of Death liquored up and unconscious (and her boss from finding her). Besides, I can fly away from/evade the THOUGHT of death from a ghost with instant death as a power, and defeat a loli vampire with a similar power who has it as a ranged ability."
Fixed it for real for you.
Not that Reimu is so HAX she's totally undefeatable, of course, it's just that Shiki's got as good a chance as anyone of slipping past Reimu's defenses.
Don't buy those myths that Reimu has only canonically lost to Suika, either, Shiki Eiki's path where Shiki defeats Reimu in PoFV takes place subsequent to Reimu's path just the same as SWR has multiple paths that take place after one another.
The whole plotline is a giant Rashomon, anyway... ZUN has more fun leaving canon vague so people can argue over it than telling a coherent story.

As opposed to what, Nasuverse powerlevels, which have totally well-defined limits to their powers and rational explanations?
It's not like Melty Blood doesn't let essentially just human Hisui and Kohaku defeat people way out of their league, as well...
BakaHoushi is right, Nasuverse and Touhou are all run by the same bullshit gamebreaker superpowers that can only be used during story/plot time, and where everyone's equal in the gameplay.
I'm sorry to say this, but this is Shiki Tohno only. We use the tag for Shiki Nanaya when it's obviously the assassin part that was given form by Warachia/White Len. And the portraits/words are completely different to how Nanaya looks/talks like. So removing the Nanaya tag.
I should correct what I said. We know for sure this is Shiki Tohno portrait in MBAA, and the translated part shows that his personality is quite shy. I think it's quite obvious this one is Shiki Tohno only.
