According to what I gathered from a Google translation of the artist’s comment on Pixiv, these appear to be character sketches for the artist’s circle’s upcoming two part doujinshi with the title Scarlet Devil Mansion + α in 20 years. It will focus on Olivia Scarlet, the daugther of Remilia and Sakuya (who the artist misspelled as Sakupo?!), and a matured Flan. The doujinshi will come with comedy 4-koma as bonus material.
The numbers below the character names appear to be proportion and scale. The left number is head proportion (Koa is 6 heads tall) and the number in brackets is a mysteriuos absolute height scale with no unit.
So even if I got the translation wrong, this looks like something to look forward to. Also, Flan either finally got her growth spurt at the age of ~500 or she stole some of Reimu’s height.
Woo whee! The artist did something with two of the characters presented here much earlier. Olivia is as described in the description, the character labeled as "Reimu" is Reimu and Marisa's child: Reika (霊歌). It is safe to say that the scribbles is Sakuya.

Actually, the first character is very recognizable. You have that square, 2 dots on top, two horizontal lines, one stroke from top to bottom left, and a final stroke in the direction of bottom right. It can't be anything else than 咲.
The second character can't be identified on its own, but the order and directions of the strokes are consistent with the ones when writing 夜. It might be something else, but it may very well be 夜.

I think the first part is 咲. It is not impossible for the second part to be 夜.
