I disagree. I think the tag should be for two people who *appear* to be different ages. If we followed your logic, every pic of a mortal and an immortal friend or lover would need an "age difference" tag. On Danbooru, that's a lot of pics.

Plus, the older one might just be Saria... I know she wasn't revealed to be a SAGE until later in her immortal life, but who knows how long she could've been dwelling before then? Link, was always the youngest, since he is a human/hylian.
