I think we all know what "high-quality" means. Stuff needs to have been made with effort or creativity. This here is just way too plain for it to be approved.
I was referring to the "anime-style" part, not the "high-quality" part, as indicated by "as long as they're good enough." I was not defending this piece at all. However, I do think the dealbreaker is less the general art style and more the exaggerated proportions.
