She never fights in the manga, which takes precedence over the story alterations in the anime. She power drilled a zombie, that’s about it for her fighting prowess.

In my opinion Takagi's kills are by far the best.

She got the Luger in BOTH versions. What's important is that she doesn't use it. She's the tactician, the wizard. Even if she carries a sniper rifle and a backpack full of magazines, she's not using them, so she's a 1.
