This might be a little pointless, and really damn old, but this image might not actually qualify as a time paradox. I think it's an artwork that Tokyo did as a nod to the artist over at http://esuyuki.blog61.fc2.com/ who has a long running series where Asakura makes a daughter from her and Kyon's genetic material using her data manipulation ability. Thus that would really be her daughter, and not a younger version of herself.
Could be wrong though. Also, before anyone asks, yes, I do read way too much into this stuff.
