Tsurugi is the President, not Vice President, though.
Edit: Actually, Senior Administrator isn't Hina's title, either. It's Ako's. I guess that line is supposed refer to the second image at the source (not uploaded for quality concerns I assume) but then why are Hina and Tsurugi the ones getting the focus?
