Her bust is dropped, the mouth expression is obviously different, she's actually rotated slightly clockwise, the background is gone, the lineart is thickened, the top of her head is reshaped, the umbrella's supports are redrawn and its shape tweaked to be less round, the bottoms of the shoes are a slightly different shape, and it looks like some of the shading was touched up but that may just be Twitter JPEG in action.
Killer heels, though. Shipgirl Waterskating (tm) in those would be an event.

Yeah looking them side by side, there's quite a difference. Really hoping she has the time to do race queens, more underwear and swimsuits again. To me, she reach her peak back in 2022. And maybe due to the pandemic subsiding, she became more and more busy with her IRL work and other things. So she may not have the time again to do things like this...with her uploads becoming increasingly rare now.
