Aruceid: Can be stronger than any living being on Gaia as long she fights to protect the earth (not necessarily humans).
Gilgamesh: Can be stronger than any heroic spirit by using the right weapon, if he weren´t such an arrogant jerk!
Common weakpoints: Both of them can be tricked. (Aruceid is a little airhead, Gilgamesh takes nobody seriously.)
BUT: If your trick fails you are dead!
Comment to this picture: I guess Gilgamesh actually had Aruceid in the ropes, but then his character flaw kicked in, he underestimated her and let her close in... The result, we see here!

Arcueid? Airhead?, not a chance, that doesn't apply for battles, I haven't seen her being tricked by someone in the middle of a fight. Plus, that behavior of her is almost explicitly reserved for Shiki.

Not quite, Arcueid is something of a carefree spirit... Unless it something that is truly a threat (and considering she is the Type-Moon, that isn't much) or said target SOMEHOW kills Shiki, she doesn't really bother all that much about anything. This does come off as bubbly or something of an airhead... through she is rather bright, Arcueid tends to act lost half the time.
That said, Shiki... has a rather big effect on her that simply amplifies this default behaviour. With Gil being Gil, I could see her not taking him seriously... until the first volley from the Gate. After that, he has a fight on his hands.

Because Arcueid never takes seriously any of the DAA, so she is obviously not going to take seriously a much bigger threat than them, am I right? Dude, Arcueid is an spiritual entity just like the Servants, she can easily sense their presence and measure their power. Hell, even Shirou was able to easily tell how much of a monster Gilgamesh was in the instant he saw him. And really, she has already said that the only ones she wouldn't kill are normal humans, and that she considers as her equal ANY being with supernatural powers (like Ciel, and even Shiki), so she won't hesitate to kill them. If we go by that, she has likely mercilessly slaughtered people like magus, or executioners of the Church in the past, since she doesn't really see them as human beings.
