Despite being an improper action the alter didn't complain
Either she doesn’t view that as a valid thing to care about in general or accepts it as they are sufficiently bonded. My guess is maybe a mix of both as she is kneeling next to him as though she is commiserating with him, but with a blank face.
But well, Alters are weird at the best of times. She could just have completely pigeon-holed herself in the mentality that she is her master’s tool.
