You're right. Her right hand is to pretend she's holding an imagery drinking cup (the old shot-glass, if you will). It's also the primary striking hand at this point.

For certain drunken boxing, though I couldn't specify the form and name of this specific type of drunken boxing, (there are a few offshoots), nor could I specify the name of this specific posture.
