That's Mika's halo, they're both voiced by the same person.

The lack of Mika-Kongou connection somehow bothers me. I mean...

- Both are very passionate towards their sensei/teitoku
- Both possess incredible brute strength
- Both can be a little bit unhinged... sometimes
- Both are extremely hyperactive when in front of their sensei/teitoku
- Hair Bun
- British
- And of course both voiced by Naobu and does really sound a like

You're not the only one. It is such a blatant connection and yet it feels like there's something actively keeping others across the pond from recognizing it.
