Not all of them, just Byakuren. Her specialty is physical-enhancement magic, which is why she's so strong - but the barrier is draining that, and when it runs out, she'll be pretty much helpless (or left with just average human strength, which is basically the same thing in this sort of match...)

Not necessarily helpless, just look at one of the favorites to win, Ms. Hakurei. Though she possesses an ability not even the ring can drain called "Main Character hax". She hasn't even really been much of a main character in this series, but I guess it carried through in power level somehow.
