The Empress:
Upright: The Empress represents the idea of using love and care to take care of problems, instead of physical force. The Empress will guide with words of wisdom and nudge you to the path that is right. Basically, she is the opposite of The Emperor.Reverse: The Empress would refuse to use her kind words of wisdom and rather perceive the world around her with a harsh and analytical point of view. The Empress in reversed can also mean using force to control or manipulate a situation to her benefit.

I sort of see the ideas behind the Empress in the prologue and Sanae's dialog in Mountain of Faith.
