Well I see it like this Okuu may have pulled back on the force of the attack but Tenshi is still screaming in pain in the last panel. Her back might not be broken and she's still alive but she's not going to get up any time soon. Then again this is some extreme Kinnikuman stuff where anything can happen.

With Okuu trying so hard, it makes me want Tenshi and Okuu to win even more. But it doesn't seem like it's going that way.

This is nothing compared to how some of the other teams went...like Kaguya's team vs. Mokou's... Lots of Mokou's and Keine's good moves were blown off because of Aya being a complete idiot and counting to 2.99999...
