Eh, N-komas and personifications of random things are so characteristic of the doujin art scene that I think all this stuff is still Danbooru-related.

And yeah, "anime-related" is an extremely poor choice of phrase.

If jjj14 has a problem with images that has english in them instead of japanese, he/she should just admit it.

Could you post the page that says that it must be Japan related? Also you should word you reasons for deletion better; just because it's from Japan doesn't make it anime

AFAIK, the TOS is as close as it gets (and I see now that the TOS is even more poorly worded than the deletion reason here, so yeah).

He's marked a lot of this artist's pictures, all for the same reason. Maybe it's just me (and it probably is) but I think the guy just doesn't like half this guy's stuff. They got approved (ignoring the contributor-uploaded pics), so why bother deleting them for some arbitrary reason?

Going to have to agree with glasnost. -tans in general are considered anime related. Now if the art style here wasnt anime "looking" there might be some grounds for a deletion. Theres also the questionable thing of pretty much anything japanese artsts draw always getting a free pass regardless of content. Being in english also shouldnt be a reason since we got finnish and even my homeland of thailand comics on here. And i'm sure i saw some spanish stuff here too.

Based on comments on post #912579, it's that neither the art style nor the source material is particularly Japanese. I've made my point regarding this already, and I'm not too keen on the "VE MUST MAINTAIN ZE PURITY OF ZE WAPANESE RACE" mindset for Danbooru anyway, but it's his prerogative to flag whatever he wants; if it gets deleted, oh well, fukken saved, and appeal is always a possibility.

Look. Let's get this straight.
Japan. What does Japan do related to the Booru's? Anime, Video-games, etc etc. What happens when there's an OC on booru? Does it get flagged for not being DIRECTLY related to japan?

Look, If somethings drawn to be Japanese-like or anime-like, or hell, even pretty good quality such as this, It's a good post. Jjj, If you're the only person who hates this picture out of all the people here, Take the hint.
