Those look like dolls and not yukkuri's, unless I'm missing something here.

They do have yukkuri-style heads, though. Not sure if that's sufficient to merit the tag.

I don't really see it. Unless you mean because the Marisa doll's head is being horribly mutilated for little-to-no reason, in which case yes, but only a little.
