Original Request
Hello, my request is going to use a political cartoon from well over 100 years ago as it's primary inspiration.
It is depicting a rivalry between two shipping companies, Collins and Cunard, which are American and British respectively. The boys represent the companies, the men besides them as the governments. It depicts the American government looking disinterestedly as the boy alongside is desperately blowing into his boat. The British government is actively intervening while the boy next to him merely watches. The man in the center depicts a newspaper company which is watching the whole thing with great interest.
I would like you to make a cartoon like this but use characters of your choice from Kantai Collection. British and American shipgirls should be used in place of the boys and men on either side. For the man in the center, a shipgirl from any other country shall be fine. Roles should be the same as in the original cartoon.
