Hmm, is this a new character design for the series that Carnelian created? Iizuki Tasuku did some great work earlier, but it's nice to see Carnelian get involved.

Carnelian was one of the founding members of Age.

Not something I knew given how it looked like none of the art of Kiminozo or MuvLuv I've seen has featured Carnelian's art.
