Poor Chase, Marshall, Aid, and Skye. Their tickling hasn't stopped since they last saw Tracker and Herbie. They wonder on the whereabouts as the ticklish ordeal continues.

Meanwhile, Herbie is still running from the hands and brushes, and desperately calls Tracker for help. But unfortunately, he winds up getting caught by the cats, and is held in place so the tickle items can give him what's coming. He begs for them to get off, but of course, they don't intend to. However, Tracker heard Herbie's call, and comes in after finally escaping the hand and feather that tickled him earlier.

Tracker is shocked to see the cats, and Herbie, who is currently pinned down. What will Tracker do next? Now that he knows who's behind this whole mess and that they just restrained Herbie.
