Is 負けていられない like 見ていられない or 黙っていられない, i.e. "I can't/don't want to have lost to you"? That seems like an odd thing to respond to with そーだろ.

Conflicting tags imo : translation_request, translated, and so on. i think the translated should be removed.

Also, i think you could translate it as "i don't wanna be losing to you" and then you could translate そーだろ as is that so? it'd make sense, but it does not translate marisa's line correctly =/

I think, in this sentence, 負けてられない means "I cant slacken my effort" or something.

besides, this line, if anything, is just a monologue.
what marisa reponds with "そーだろ" is "これ、すごいわ". I think.

Suika called Reimu an oni. Irony.

If you had more time, you could continue this work, too.
    You wrote this all...
What are you doing stuff like that here for? The shrine'll start to stink of magic.
...the fact that she is a human, that she can live for no more than a fleeting instant compared to us, seems a shame.
    I...
The report, which summarized about a year's worth of experimental results, was (it pains me to admit) a superb work.
    What?
And that thing you've said you wanted to try...
    ...by yourself, Marisa?
Do you have no intent to become a "magician"?
    Hey, you two.
It was back when she showed me her research report on magic.
    Sure did!
It's not that big of a deal.
    Marisa.
Your acquaintances are nothing but youkai.
    It's fine, isn't it?
    At the same time...
    Hehe, ain't it just?
Marisa, this is amazing. I'd better not relax or you may surpass me...
...that hundred-year magic experiment, that dream will disappear.
Ahaha, Reimu, you oni! "You oni" is a stock phrase in Japanese equivalent to "you monster" in English.
...ordinarily can't stomach this human in a number of ways, but at times like this, I honestly respect her as a magician.
Suika-chaaan, if you sleep there, I'll incinerate you along with the rest of the trash.
