Would be pretty nice to live in. Though I question the single and bunk beds. For me, I'd switch it to a master bedroom set against the wall the bunk beds are leaning against (so rotate bed 90 degrees counter clockwise from the beds in the picture).
A single and a set of bunk beds like this work well. That was the setup my two brothers and I had when we were growing up in Air Force housing. My sister had her own room, so it was us three boys in a room. I'm wondering, however, why is there a door in the upper part?
Having a little indoor garden and an actual running stream would be pretty cool, and those crystal chandeliers are amazing. But I'd have nightmares from sleeping under that animal head clock.
