I don't see a problem with it...
Those shoulder pads did make me double-take for an instant though.

Could also be that her arms are meant to be broken.

Then the broken or injury tag would suit it better if it really is that her arms are "meant to be broken".
Error or poorly drawn should only be added if the errors have no real justification whatsoever other than the artist screwed up.

Reminds me of a Motivator pic i saw once with this image:

I don't get it, whats so wrong about this pic's anatomy?
IF her arms were broken that can happen, and even if they aren't its still physically possible, isn't it?

It looks like her arms are horribly twisted--but if you look closely, you'll see that those are just wrinkles in her sleeves, and the arms themselves conform to normal anatomy.
