The tag description says nothing of the sort, and if you browse the pictures under the tag you'll see about 50% of them are "might, might not" pictures (or "posturing"), including dozens of equivalent gun-to-own-head pics. Actual verifiably successful suicides are a tiny minority under the tag.
But why would someone commit suicide by shooting themselves in the side of the neck, where it is possible that they will miss the spinal cord, instead of firing directly into the brain to ensure an instant death?
