And due to the fact the koi mark is gone (long story short for those who don't know the arc, Ryouga gets a magic fishpole, magic makes 'hooked' person fall in love and marks with a koi fish over their heart, Ryouga accidentally hooks Ranma rather than Akane, hijinks ensue) this cannot be good for Ranma's state of mind on top of the obvious...

I think Ranma is realizing that she sort of liked it even though the koi mark is now gone.
