It's currently pending moderator approval so it is still in the mod queue and will automatically be deleted after 3 days if it isn't approved. Disapproving, flagging, or unapproving the image merely puts it back into the mod queue, so you'll be sending it to the mod queue from the mod queue and in short accomplishing nothing (well you will accomplish making the boarders go from blue to red and making it so it can't be unapproved it later).
