It's generated. The nonsense lingerie patterns, the jointless pinky finger, the index that looks like two fingers layered on top of each other, the massive nail on the thumb, and the locks of hair splitting off then forming back (especially the one forming a loop inside a loop on the lower left) are all common machine errors.
