Maybe it's just our collective geekiness keeping us in the dark, but most girls actually can bend their arms that way. The first time I noticed it in real life, I actually went and looked it up (just to add to my dork cred, I guess.).

Same here, though only with my right arm. My left doesn't have full flexibility in it.

that arm is nothing wrong tbh.
her left breast does look a bit weird but not that off to be flagged.
