Yeah, this one's pretty tough to read. Hina doesn't strike me as the type to bite her lip, accidentally or on purpose. But I can totally see her licking her lips/accidentally sticking her tongue out from sleepiness + hunger.

Given what Ako and the commentary say, I'm choosing to read Hina's expression as 'this is still way too much food, but I might enjoy eating it this time'.
I’ve been wondering for a while now, but does anyone have any idea why Hina isn’t wearing her pink pajamas under her open shirt whenever Ako cooks for her?
