Also why do you down-vote this comment if you offer no further insight? Answering the original comment to start with, we do have a tag for this which was already added: under-stirrup footjob.
As for why you were downvoted, I don't really see anything wrong with that comment so the only thing I can think of is that you made several bumping commments in a short timespan, which may have been seen as comment spam. But I'd say downvoting it for that was excessive in this case.
