I wasn't saying there weren't higher scored pics with jpeg artifacts, I was noting that this pic had a rather egregious amount of them. Though 141 votes sort of trumps it anyway I suppose. That pic doesn't deserve it's votes either though, but then being 2 years old, it's not that unusual.
