It's not exactly an unknown term.
I don't know... the focus(perspective-wise) is on Mini Sakuya though, and "pedo-" does have another meaning. (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/pedo- ). "Pedo"(as a pejorative) is mostly slang anyway.
'though I suppose it can go both ways, and (narcissistic) lolicon Sakuya is funnier.
