  • Pokemon - Unova Grass starter trio

Ok. So, For those who saw the Serperior practice painting I did last time, that was part of this larger painting before hand. I gave up on it for a little while because while at the beginning of creating it the background was too complex to find a good starting point to add details. But it was too good to give up on, so therefore I came back to it and this was the result. This fan art I did will always have a special place in my heart for overcoming the frustration and staying determined all the way through.

I guess the 200 layers and using only a soft edge paint brush and mixer brush was a very brutal process. But hey, nobody said this would be a cake walk :/
