    チャットで誰かが「ふー」と息をついたら、即座に「じこちゃ~ん」と繋げてあげると面白いゾ!

    というワケで、慧音漫画も公開はここまでです。

I've always wondered where the majority of professional anime artists take the "number of heads tall" measurement from. The Western tutorials I've seen vary between measuring from the top of a bald head to where the neck meets the shoulders, and from the top of a bald head to the bottom of the chin.

It doesn't sound like such a small space would make a big difference but it totally does.

That is why cranial units were invented - because they are more accurate, arm measured with reference to the dimensions of landmark body parts, and they can be manipulated in perspective, as a sphere is always a sphere in perspective, whereas an oval/ellipse (head unit) is not.

    Wah!
By grasping and feeling the silhouette of the whole object you want to draw...
    Around 1 minute
    ...you capture its unclear form.
It might be an honest work...
After you draw the unclear form, you try to define it...
    Around 3 minutes
Once the balance has been found, it will start to get a little refined
    Around 10 minutes
Leave your seat once in a while and look from the side to understand its form.
When you have arranged the form, proceed to draw and define it.
    It's all good
Put down the basic positional relations like the number of heads tall and shoulder width, the length of the arms, legs and hair, angles, and joints.
Once you're accustomed to it, you can skip Step 1 and start from Step 2.
    U~...
    ...nyu~...
It's okay to go wild with lines since we need to prioritize on getting the balance
...but it's an important process that raises completion rate.
    That's about it
Using the main lines and those that form the shadows, it will be refined
If we draw a line vertically, we can see that the elbows protrude a little more than the hips. When you are drawing an object into a picture, aiming for these slight details will allow the form to be arranged and the balance will be improved.

...you are rather knowledgeable in ways of drawing, aren't you? - Koakuma
Faces are the flowers of a drawing. - Koakuma
    E-can-san... - Koakuma
I know you don't want to draw it, but it's better to first form the whole body structure. - Koakuma
