I like this new style better. Her old style was boring as hell.

Youmu does not look one bit pleased.

When I can tell the difference between pre-13 Youmu and TH 13 Youmu I realize how much I love Touhou

I like this hairstyle a lot. It reminds me of Ai Naoe from sengoku rance.

Youmu's head retains an overall shape that inspires petting. I am appeased.

It's cuter this way IMO

Naoe Ai has an exposed forehead though (another Japanese fetish - there are many in Sengoku Rance).

And I like this hairstyle too, although... she looks more like a male now.
