I recall someone mention skk having intercouse with groza at some point in the game
Based. I think he's the only Commander of the many Commander-style MC ie AL, Goddess of Victory, Arknights, FGO, Blue Achieve, etc. To lose their virginity or have sex. But correct me if wrong~

I know in Azur Lane, you canonically have sex with Chkalov post-marriage (you wake up next to her and she talks about the player's "combat gear" and how she went wild last night), and in NIKKE, you canonically have sex with Rosanna (though I thought said scene was notably UN-sexy; it was in a hospital bed). There are other cases in AL and NIKKE.
I think GFL2 deserves some special respect for making it feel sweet and romantic, and not straight-up horny, though.
Okay, important question, do the lines change based on the player's gender?
I don't know for certain, but I'd say no. I've played Chinese gacha before where you can choose the player's gender, and said player will always have had a romantic relationship with two women, regardless of whether the character is a young man, young woman, old man, or shota.

Most gacha games i've seen with gender choices don't change lines at all, but there's also the fact that mostly all of them will have the male gender be the "Soft canon". Especially considering most if not all the games will also mention how a lot of the waifus are straight and not gay, and promotional material predominatly features the Male MC and almost never the female MC.
A lot of asian countries even today still have a cultural stigma againsts same sex couples as well.
