Also the pose is wrong, as the (from our perspective) lower arms are wrongly ankled. They need to be equal to the ground.

No, Utsuho wasn't supposed to extend her fingers. Also, I can't remember exactly which of the extended-fingers-instead-of-fists mistake and the fusing-characters'-fingers-unaligned mistakes resulted in Fat Gotenks and which in Thin Gotenks.
