"If you don't come out, I'll poke your eyes out", somewhere around there? I think it's said to the little black fuzzball things from... Howl's Moving Castle or Spirited Away? One of the ones about a little girl living in a strange and magical place. (Inb4 "they're all about that".) My chief concern is that it may have been memeified in some form or fashion.

I remember some black fuzzball things in Spirited Away; nothing about eye poking though. I checked inside the subtitle online and searched for "eyes" with no result.

The black fuzzballs are from Totoro I believe.
