To be fair, it's implied that Rika rarely remembers her own deaths, unless she commits suicide herself like in Meakashi-hen, usually due to being drugged/knocked out before she gets killed. It's a turning point once she finds out who's behind it all when she remains awake long enough to imprint the culprit's identity in her memory.
But yeah, I think Rika has it worse if only due to the sheer length of her time looping.

Don't forget that Homaru was forced to kill her best friend, Madoka, in one of her loops. I don't recall Rika killing anyone, thou she wasn't afraid to attack.
But it's anyone's opinion on who had it worse.
