Robin Special, a technique which channels the force of the impact to the legs, effectively breaking/dislodging the neck of the victim.
Kevin Mask, who Mokou is obviously parodying, has some of his father(Robin Mask)'s moves.
Spoiler of the original series for Robin Special There are actually two variations for Robin Special. The first one ends with a suplex, and it was the one that Neptuneman countered.

Tombstone Driver, not a suplex. And the irony of the second Robin Suplex is that it was developed by way of Neptuneman's own Counter to the first.
In any case, Kaguya's seen her way to victory, ironically via Mokou acting far ahead of everyone else by using Kinnikuman Nisei character's styles.
This, oddly enough, seems to be precisely the kind of development Eiki was hoping for herself.
So, if I'm understanding this correctly, Shikieiki wants to do this "by the book." In other words, she'll counter any move with it's proper counter in the original manga.
The problem with this strategy is that some moves have multiple variations, and she won't know which counter to use until it's too late?

I wonder if this fatal flaw is enough to turn things around. And how would the immortals deal with a team with Oni, The Heaven Sky team, or Reimu and Remi? Those teams don't have such a exploitable weakness. And if their teamwork doesn't improve, they WILL lose to Sanae as she wins over any team that has some sort of personal problem.
I'd like to remind some people above that this is most likely far from over. The momentum has momentarily switched to the immortals, but that hardly means that they will definitely win.
My money, in fact, is on them losing, but in doing so, taking a small step towards healing old wounds and even heading towards friendship and blah blah blah, idealistic non-sense, etc.
Seeing the best technical team in this whole comic possibly jobbed to a mediocre plot pair up. The immortals have been overwhelmed three times when they showed any sense of doing anything at all, and now because Moku's using a Nisei choujin's move set, the tables have been flipped. Being such a large Kinnikuman fan Eiki must know counters to every choujin, but her absolutist personality is making her method act as neptuneman even if it's to her disadvantage.
So they intend to win by way of not playing along with the script they originally planned out, after getting Eiki (a character who cannot break her stride without reverting to normal) to play along in the first place.
Hell, it's a dick move, but whilst she's disorientated it'll work in their favour. There's no guarantee that they'll win, though.

I think that's something you call genre blindess... of sorts... though Eiki knows what's about to come, just because things are supposed to happen in a certain way, she lets them to. A savvy would interfere...

Inverse genre blindness then. Eiki is blind to everything outside of genre, so when opponent acts differently she is caught unprepared.
I've been thinking about making tvtropes page about this comic lately. I guess it counts as webcomic?
Well, at least this win is more humorous than any of Team Sanae's wins...and it's actually clever.
If it was Robin Mask's Robin Special......she would be able to break through without hesitation as Neptuneman!!However, against Kevin's style, which only locks at the very end......she hesitated to break through it the same way!Eiki is down!!...she became worried about breaking the parody.
