Sure. It's just a nonsensical noise. ドス on the other hand has a little more meaning behind it. Not much more, but enough to see it defined.
Someone could translate it "hee-hee," too, if they wanted, but it really doesn't seem like that's what Kyouko is doing, so I don't think it fits.
