To everyone that has "appealed", you guys do know that you only appeal AFTER an image is deleted right? As for opinion based? No, that's not it. Here I'll make a short list of the most obvious reasons why this is poorly drawn:
1. her toes aren't properly drawn, they look like cancerous tumors.
2. TERRIBLE photoshop shading
3. Her hips look broken
4. Which make her crotch look weird.
5. Which in turn makes her panties look wrong. (this is the worst affront! if you can't draw panties properly you shouldn't try to draw them at all!!)
6. breasts look broken... look as if they are located far more to the left of her body and they are pointing to her left.
7. left wrist of the clawhand is broken. You don't twist it in that angle. It's pretty much impossible.
8. left ear (her left) is much larger in comparison to the right ear, this even though the left ear should look smaller than the one to the right because it is located farther away.
9. proportion-wise her breasts are waaay to big for her body.
Honestly, I feel that you're exaggerating on a lot of these points. I can see some of them, but they're nowhere near as bad as you're making it out to be.
And I do believe you're allowed to appeal flagged images. Where does it say that you can't?

Not that everything Yavie says is right, but defending those hips in particular is an exercise in denial. Plump is nice; hypothyroidism/dislocation is not.
1. Not everyone looks the same. Plenty of people will have toes that look like this and if not, who are you to say an artist's rendition of a perfectly varied body part is wrong?
2. Terrible? This is actually done WELL. It's basic, sure, but it is done more than correctly.
3. I have seen women that look like this IRL. It's called fat. It exists around the hips. Just because her panties don't go all the way up to her hip line does not mean her hips are broken. Also: Lowleg_panties.
4. Leading in from above statement: You must be blind. Or ignorant. Or both.
5. They look fine, above statement repeated.
6. Every large-breasted or huge-breasted image should be deleted then because to me, anything bigger than a G-cup looks impossible.
7. I can twist my wrist just so, you're retarded.
8. She is almost nearly looking forward and the drawing is not in a perspective that would require it to look much smaller, if at all.

But since having it integrated is a new tool it might change a little... The whole appeal on the forum thing will probably be phased out and you'll just hit the button and it'll return to moderation queue? In that case appeal will probably be taken out of pictures that aren't deleted yet.

Hm. The info on the actual Appeal page needs to be updated if it's against the rules, just to make it absolutely clear. Otherwise we're gonna get stuff like this happening.
I'm kinda curious about whether the new appeal system is helping at all. It doesn't look like it's made much of an impact from the pov of a normal user.

7. Nope, that's humanly impossible. You can twist you arm the way she has twisted it, but if you look closely you will see that it is her hand that is twisted this way where it is connected to her wrist. If you can do this, please take a picture and upload it on tinypic or some other site, then post a link for proof.
8. She is looking to he left, but even if she wasn't look at that ear. It just looks weird.

On this one, there's definitely no problem. The rules specifically forbid breasts being more than twice the size of the head, citing it as grotesque proportions.
I notice your recent complaints on certain images have taken issue with the size of their breasts, but they are completely within the scope of the rules.

It's at 3/4ths side perspective, you won't see the full curve of the hips at that angle, this isn't aincent egyptan artwork here.
