To be honest, I was kinda hoping Shikieiki would say something along the lines of "Okay. You guys win this round. But remember: everyone will be judged by me sooner or later. When that time comes, remember how heavy the Rod of Remorse was in your hands.", leaving the immortals unsettled in the wake of their hard-won victory.
She isn't worthless at all, she did well considering all things (1vs2, her foes doing moonsue-level asspulls, etc). And it's insulting what Kaguya said as Eiki and Komachi were heels CLEANLY. What the immortals did... was far from clean.
I'm trying to remember which team is next... though I'm not sure that even with Mima-possession hijinks, that Marisa's team is going to last long against the remaining teams as they're more able and/or having plot power backing them up.

Yep. But what would be worse is if the crowd doesn't acknowledge what Kaguya and Mokou did as heel behavior. Kaguya at least seems to be quickly becoming the main "bad guy" here.
If this actually has some sort of consequence for Kaguya then I suppose it's fine. But, no. She's likely to keep on being the popular crowd favorite who can get away with whatever the fuck she wants in the ring because Aya won't call her on any level of bullshit.
Well, I might just be alone in thinking the right team won, if only because I'm a Mokou fanboy and was tired of seeing her getting screwed over.
But the main point to remember is that this is pro-wrestling when it gets down to it and that usually means getting constantly frustrated with the results.

Mokou is STILL getting screwed over. Kaguya is being given all the credit for winning here With Mokou just along for the ride.
Aw, you ought to feel for little Eiki. Instead of shying away, she was there showing up to Komachi like a child who is there to apologize for her wrongdoings. And to whoever told me Kaguya is not going heel, guess this page just sealed the deal...
That said, I'm curious with what the crowd think about the overall match. Naturally, if it was a match in Kinnikuman series, even the crowd would be baffled enough to cheer the victor if he acted as a heel all the way. It would be a total sweet karma handed down if Kaguya ended up having to yell out to the stunned crowd to cheer for her apparent victory.
Of course, we're talking about a crowd in a fantasy world who are gullible with the ways of wrestling, so...
Edit: Thinking more to it, I won't say that Eiki doesn't deserve the loss. From being caught off guard by that kiss (Especially right after her resolve) to admonishing others for being a heel (Kaguya biting Mokou's tongue to escape), she has been quite of a train wreck. Then again, we can easily note this as a bad writing as well...

Even with her being taken off guard, that doesn't cover how Kaguya and Mokou suddenly summon strength enough to carry the Rod of Remorse like a toy and proceed to use it to boost their attacks even more. Or how they started to shrug off attacks that earlier put them down for a whole minute. If they were always that strong, well my opinion would be "Tough luck, Eiki" as opposed to "That was Bullshit."
Well, now the judge of the dead has been defeated by the ones that don't die. Fitting.
Though I'd still love to see Kaguya's cocky smile disappear at least once. Shirou can really make a smug like that really piss me off for some reason. Can someone punch her in the teeth? Please?

The entire thing started when Kaguya managed to randomly guess that Eiki's a method actor after Moku, out of nowhere, started to use Neisei Chojin attacks. Then Eiki just stopped being an effective fighter.

Well Keine did train Mokou in such attacks so that explains it.

Well, tournament is tournament, business is business. Would she look like someone who held grudge afterward like that ? Like saying you win, but watch out for "accidents" later on the street

Except that such a threat has absolutely no weight to it.
Kaguya and Mokou are immortals. They will survive even the end of the universe, and probably outlive Shiki herself (assuming her existence ends along with the universe's)! She literally has absolutely zero sway over them. That's why Komachi threatened Keine to get a rise out of Mokou, because Keine is not immortal.
Shiki is ultimately nothing to them in the grand scheme of things, as are any and all threats she could make. Kaguya is too selfish to truly care about anyone but herself and maybe Eirin (who may or may not be immortal herself), and Keine is ultimately a good person who is trying to get Mokou to reform so no worries about her being punished for Mokou's crimes despite Komachi's earlier taunts.
It's sad, but the only victory Eiki could possibly have over them is in the ring and Higan Judgement lost. Frankly, this whole tournament is sorely lacking in teams I can get behind or even care about.
I can only hope Kaguya is somehow humiliated later, but even in canon she is an infamous Karma Houdini, probably part of why its so easy for many fans to side with Mokou against her. She is literally a spoiled princess whose whims have ruined lives and she will likely never get her comeuppance unless the universe ends with her and Mokou floating in the void for all eternity pulling each other's hair out.
Aaaaaaw, I feel bad Higan Judgement lost, but it was still a good fight (Especially the first half!) and the tongue-biting mist was pretty amazing, so I can't feel too bad about it~
The Moisture of True Feelings...and then being faced down...Episode 697: Frontal ReportFrom the Artist's Pixiv page.Well, I lost!I just wasn't able to counter any moves any more...Perhaps being caught in that technique......was a tribute to my departure?Having you cover for me, Komachi...I have no excuse. At least I walked back here on my own willpower. The heel approach......isn't bad at all.I believe I'll add it to my repertoire.I truly am......worth-...less...
