Epitomized Path for 4-stars when, Hoyo? You're gonna be legally required to do it at some point.

Is it enough healing without dodging?

I got Varesa, pity broken by Mizuki, and then Xianyun and I only got 1 Iansan.
It'd be nice to have some way to get new 4 stars easier.

Yes. It's more than enough. Because of the ability to use the ult often, I get additional frames of invulnerability.

Remind me of the time I rolled for Ningguang and failed to get her after getting 10 other 4-star characters and an Ayaka.

At least you can get her via Paimon's Bargains (which Hoyo refuses to expand).
