owner of the character is Martin Plewa

Her name is Ketrin Silverstone and she's a Dwarven Runesmith (a re-flavored Armorer Artificer). Instead of using "tech-y" gadgets like most artificers, she uses dwarven rune magic to cast her spells.
She is wearing plate armor, that is covered in blue-glowing dwarven runes and a shield.

Ketrin was alsways physically weak for a dwarf and compenated with mastering runesmithing. She became an adventurer to expand her knowledge and become the greates runesmith.
