Well...editing that user ID away would be third-party edit. Unless there's any better source for this image than the screenshot (preferably a rip from the game files) I think the post could stay, implications notwithstanding for the uploader (Genesis crystal ban speedrun).

Yes. There's a great risk getting your account permabanned from displaying your ID openly, mainly because the Genesis Crystal system. You can 'gift' Genesis Crystals to other players so long as you know their ID; the problem with this system is the giver can withdraw the crystals by refunding their purchases whenever they want, and even if you didn't use it the crystals will expire after set time limit. If you used the crystals then the giver refunded their purchase, your account will end up with negative crystals, which then will invoke a ban until the count rises to 0 or above. Sadly, this has been a thing since Genshin first launched yet MHY has done nothing to even prevent that.
Don't forget to always choose the very bad option on account security when the questionnaire drops again mmkay?

You can't take a picture 'down' once it's uploaded to Danbooru; even if it's not approved it's still going to be archieved as 'deleted': only admins can permanently delete a picture from the database.
