Except she's still Mu-12, as the only thing that has actually changed is the color scheme, which is a nod to Dizzy though.

It's not; if you look at Mu-12's official art that same figure is on the sword, just gold instead of Necro green. Really, this should be tagged "alternate color" than cosplay because it's just Mu-12's Dizzy color scheme from the game. If this were really Dizzy, you'd see a tail and wings. Can't forget them.
