I could almost agree with this being "beautiful art" if it were cut off just below the feather in front of her left shoulder, however she's still lumpy and that hand freaks me out a bit.

Unfortunately for you, this falls squarely under the kind of thing where deletion for proportions is appropriate under the site's standards. "Voluptuous", as you call it, tends to hang dangerously on the edge of the cliff.

It's not even that well-done.

Too bad. Here's the hard truth.

The site does not care about your taste. It does not care that you like material the site forbids. You can like whatever you want, be it this, furry, scat play, or whatever, but Danbooru is not here to collect what you like. Barring exceptions that possess some other worth, it is here primarily to collect high quality art, and it files art with these proportions very clearly under the bar - and rightly so: no matter how you look at it, those are bad proportions. Just because you like it when comically enormous body parts are present does not make them any more appropriate. Those are the rules, you can take it or leave it, because they're not up for negotiation.

And this would have never made it past the moderation queue in the first place.
