Who the hell would assume that anyone using the word MILF would be referring to some incredibly specific terrorist group in the Phillipines rather than the actual wide spread acronym it is always used for. It has the actual context in the comic, so I'm legit confused how you could think that it's even a slight possibility.

The Philippines are in the image on the right. But barring further evidence, I think it's most likely a coincidence.

I mean Baal has been shown to make some very obvious or somewhat obscure reference at times if I recall right.
I wouldn't rule it out but I wouldn't count on it either.
